Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia; parents, Lynn and Mary Waples; and his infant son, David.

He is survived by children: Thomas (Angela) Waples, Omaha, NE; Mary (Tim) Myers, Kansas City, MO; Stephen (Tammy) Waples, Deerfield, IL; grandchildren: Brian Myers, Jill Green, Blake Waples, and Rebecca Waples; as well as four great-grandchildren.

Visitation: Wednesday, from 5-7P.M. with a Rosary at 7P.M., Kalher-Dolce Mortuary.

Services: Thursday, 11A.M., St. Columbkille Catholic Church.

Interment: Private Family Inurnment at Calvary Cemetery.

Memorials: To the Church or charity of your choice in lieu of flowers.

Thomas retired from the plant, 12 Feb 1986.
