Survived by wife, Lela; sister, Thelma Kerr; daughters, De Shone, Sherry, and Vanita; sons, Edward "Butch", Stanley, Olen, Irving, Marvin, Lenier, Michael, Steve, Andrew, and Brian; niece, LaJoyce; nephews, Donald and Reginald; more than 20 grandchildren; and more than 30 great grandchildren.

Retired from Western Electric/ATT phone company with over 35 years.

Visitation: Tuesday start at 6 P.M., Allen Chapel at AME Church, 2842 Monroe St.

Services: Wednesday at 12 Noon, Allen Chapel at AME Church.

Memorials: Floral arrangement to Good Shepherd Funeral Home.

Edward retired in June of 1983.
