Jack was preceded in death by wife Janet, parents Martin & Barbara, brothers: Martin, Richard, and Robert.

He is survived by daughter: Susan (Patrick) Caster, Son: James (Yvonne) Slominski, Granddaughter: Lauryn Elizabeth Caster, special friend: Bev Marino as well as many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Services: Private family services will be held at a later date.

Inurnment: Papillion Cemetery.

Memorials: The American Heart Association or the charity of your choice.
