Shobe, Sr., Edward L. Age 80.

Edward was preceded in death by parents, Virgil and Doris Lewis Shobe; brother, Milton Shobe; wife, Beverly Jean Shobe.

Survived by wife, Ethel Landrum Shobe, Matthews, NC; son, Edward (Jennifer) Shobe, Jr.; daughter, Stephanie Williams Shobe, Omaha; brother, Willis (Diana) Shobe, Los Angeles, CA; 5 grandchildren; Stephen, Caitlyn, Amea, Jasmine, Kyle.

Visitation: 6 to 8 P.M. Friday, at the mortuary.

Services: 10 A.M. Saturday, St. Benedict Church, 2423 Grant St.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery

Edward was a supervisor in the 30 building and retired in 1996.
