Survived by his wife of 53 years, Beverly D. (Calloway) Shaw; sons Eric (Diane) Shaw, Jeffrey Shaw, Brian Littlejohn; daughter Lori J. Graham; sister Sylvia A. McClain, brother-in-law James Calloway; grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents John Shaw and Myrtle (Shaw) Hogan; step-father Cecil Hogan; son Nathaniel T. Shaw; daughter Pamela L. Gorham; grandson Darrell King.
