Elmer was preceded in death by parents, sisters, Lucille Streck, LaVern Klaus, Delores Thompson. He is survived by daughters, Stacy and Jerry Tiedeman, Plano, TX, Marcy and John Porter, Kansas City, MO, Lindy Petersen, Omaha; sister, Velma Quandt, Council Bluffs; grandchildren, Wesley Porter and London Porter; many nieces, and nephews.

Visitation: Saturday, August 20th, 10 A.M. until service time.

Service: 11 A.M. Saturday, August 20th, St Paul Lutheran Church, Millard.

Interment: Morgan Township Cemetery, Schleswig, IA.

Memorials: St. Paul Lutheran Church or favorite charity in lieu of flowers.

Elmer retired from the plant on 14 Feb 2000.
