Adeline Nekuda of Olathe, KS. passed away May 22nd, 2017 at Villa St.
Francis. She was born May 16th, 1928 in Bee, NE. to Frank and Ann (Duhon)
Kobza. She graduated from Dwight Assumption High School. Adeline married
Leonard Nekuda on November 19th, 1949 in Dwight, NE. Adeline worked as a
factory worker at Lucent Technologies in Omaha, NE. for 30 1/2 years.
Adeline moved to Paola, KS. in 2005 to be near family. She was a member
of St. Bernadette Catholic Church and the Altar Society in Bellevue,
NE., and was a member of IBEW Union through Western Electric. Adeline
raised a large garden and canned the food, she liked dancing the polka
and waltzes with Leonard, loved singing, enjoyed rubber stamping cards
and doing crafts. She will dearly missed by family and friends.
Adeline was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leonard;
siblings;: Alois (Lou) Kobie, Frank V. Kobza Jr. , Raymond Kobza, Ben
Kobza, Helen Szertwitis, Martha Fisher, and Ann Powles.
She is survived by her daughter, Lynne (Matt) Neuerburg of Paola, KS.,
sister Lillian Benes of Papillion, NE., four grandchildren: Nick
Neuerburg and Jenny Chandler of Denver, CO., Nathan and Chelsea
Neuerburg of Colorado Springs, CO., Stacy and Shane McDill of Spring
Hill, KS., and Stephanie Neuerburg and Shawn Williams of Olathe, KS.;
one great-grandchild, Andy and numerous extended family members across
the United States.

Interment: Westlawn-Hillcrest Memorial Park, Omaha, NE.
Adeline retired from the works on 21 Feb 1990.
