September 1, 2015, beloved husband of 66 years to Joanne C. (nee Coller) Midlik; dearest father of Judith (Patrick) Carroll, Sandra (James) Dates and Richard (Susan) Midlik; grandfather of Patti (Todd) Mooney, Wesley (Waseya) Carroll, Dan'l Carroll, Kelly Jo Carroll, Kathryn (Corey) Lucas, Rebecca Dumont, Matthew Dates, Elizabeth Midlik, Jarrad (Becky) Midlik, Kyle Midlik and nine great-grandchildren; brother of Jules (Elinor) Midlik and the late Rosebud Burgstahler.

Richard was a retiree of Western Electric and was the Past Noble Grand of the International Order of Odd Fellows.

Visitation: The family will be present to receive friends Friday from 10 A.M. - 12 P.M. at the Harris Hill Chapel, 8440 Main Street.
