Patrick was preceded in death by wife, Irene McAcy; daughter, Patricia. He is survived by sons: Mark, Kevin (Teresa), Keith, and Shawn (Sandra); daughters, Barbara Herek (Ray) and Kathleen DeJohn (Sam); 8 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren.

Visitation: Wednesday, December 17th from 5 P.M. pm to 7 P.M., with VIGIL SERVICE at 7 P.M., at the West Center Chapel.

Services: Thursday, December 18th at 11 A. M. at the West Center Chapel.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery with military rites by Millard American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 8334.

Memorials: As directed by the family.

Patrick worked in the 30 Bldg. gold room. He retired 8 Feb 1990
