Terry graduated from Omaha North High in 1968 and retired from Lucent Technologies in 2000. He was preceded in death by parents, Don and Dorothy Lewis; brother, Ted Lewis. He is survived by wife, Linda; children: Terry (Michelle), Jeremy (Kim), Wendy Tristan (Dave); brother, Wayne Lewis; eleven grandchildren.

Visitation: Tuesday, November 11th from 4 P.M o 5:30 P.M. at the West Center Chapel.

Services: 5:30 P.M., at the West Center Chapel.

Memorials: Directed to the family.

Terry retired 7 Sep 2000.
