Dan was preceded in death by his wife, Ina Herman, son Daniel E. Herman Jr. Survivors include children: Dave Herman (Nora), Debbie Rosenbaum (Bob), Denise Boyce, Douglas Herman, Dale Herman, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Visitation: Sunday from 2-4 P.M. at Crosby Colonial Chapel.

Services: Monday 10 A.M. at Mary Our Queen Catholic Church 3405 S 118th Street.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery.

Military Honors: Millard American Legion Post 374 and /Veterans of Foreign War Post 8334.

Dan was a CST from the 50 building working in board repair. He retired, 31 Mar 1997.
