A resident of Omaha for 33 years, died in Phoenix, AZ. He was 84. Chuck was
retired from Alcatel-Lucent. Chuck is preceded in death by his son, Gregory.
He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Rose; his daughters, Judith
(Timothy) Clontz, Janice (Michael) Beauregard, and Joan (Robert) Doherty;
and 2 grandchildren, Trevor and Brandon Doherty.
A Mass of Christian Burial took place in Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements entrusted
to Queen of Heaven Mortuary, 480-892-3729
