Matthew was born in Buffalo, NY, to Arcangela (Festa) and Nuncio Gaggiano. Matthew relocated to Omaha in 1976 with Western Electric with whom he was employed for 32 years.

He was proceeded in death by his parents; daughter, Lynn Gaggiano; stepdaughter, Jerralee North; son-in-law, Jim Shalgren.

He is survived by wife, Evelyne; sisters, Bette Foster and Loretta (Ed) McKenna; brothers, Nicholas (Ruth) and Lawrence (Karen) Gaggiano; daughters, Lisa M Shalgren and Lori Gaggiano; stepchildren, Jeffery and Jarl (Diana) Rue and Jann (Mark) Bergerson; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

Services: 10:30 A.M., Thursday, May 24th, at Westside Church, 15050 West Dodge Rd., Omaha NE.

Interment: Private

Matt was a machinist in the 30 Bldg. and retired from the work, 27 Mar 1992.
