Douglas was preceded in death by wife, Mary; parents, Edward and Grace Dworak; brother-in-law, Greg Huck. He is survived by brothers, Mike (Shelly) and Chuck (Linda); sister, Gayle Huck; numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Tuesday, August 22nd, from 5 P.M. to 7 P.M. at the Bel Air Chapel, 12100 W. Center Rd., with Vigil Service at 7 P.M.

Services: Mass of Christian Burial, Wednesday, August 23rd, at 10 A.M., Mary Our Queen Catholic Church, 3405 S. 118th Street.

Interment: Resurrection Cemetery.

Memorials: May be directed to the family.
