77, Lincoln, died Saturday (4-9-11). Born (8-13-33) in Lincoln, Nebraska to
Daniel and Ruth (Gillespie) Dormer. Ret. Inspector, Western Electric and
AT&T Co. Korean Conflict Veteran, U. S. Army. Graduate of Northeast High
School. Union member 35 years and American Legion Post #3. He was a devoted
husband and a kind and loving father.
Survivors: Wife, Bonnie J. Dormer, daughters, son-in-law, Ranee L.A.
Mendoza, Lincoln, NE, Rhonda L. and Ernie Shipe, Unadilla, NE; 6
grandchildren, Christina, Johnathan, Maria, Michael, Maciel and Roberto; 10
great grandchildren; sister, Patricia May, St. Mary Lake, FL. Preceded in
death by parents.
Visitation: Beginning 3:00 p.m. Wednesday until service time
Service: 1:00 p.m. Thursday (4-14-11) Roper and Sons Chapel, 4300 ‘O’
Street.
Inturnment: Lincoln Memorial Park, Lincoln, Nebraska
