Age 83. Omaha. Survived by wife, Charlotte "Charlie"; step-children, Rick
(Kelly) Bartsch, Kathy Bartsch, Linda (Paul) Staehlin, Lorie Bartsch, Crissy
Bartsch; grandchildren, Keely (Todd), Shawn, Nicole, Jessica (Steve), Dan,
Kayleen, Brittney, Ty, DJ, Chaunee, and Mike; and 9 great-grandchildren;
brother, John "Jack"; sister, Dorothy Armentrout, son-in-law, Dave, many
nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by parents, Ronald and Mary; wife, Inez; son, Michael;
daughter, Linda and brother, Joe. Served in the U.S. Navy and a member of
the American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 8334.
Retired from Lucent Technologies.
Visitation, Wednesday, 4-8pm, family present from 6-8pm with Wake Service at
7pm, at Crosby Colonial Chapel.
MASS of Christian Burial, Thursday, 10am at St. John Vianney Catholic
Church, 5815 Oak Hills Drive, Omaha.
Interment at Westlawn/Hillcrest Cemetery, 5701 Center Street, Omaha.
Memorials to Methodist Hospice and Make-A-Wish Foundation. Military honor's
provided by American Legion Post 374 and VFW Post 8334.
Note: Eugene retired from Lucent 31 Oct 1986.
