Services: Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 10 A.M., Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 5223 Q Street Omaha, NE 68117.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery, 7710 West Center Rd, Omaha , NE 68124

Sam was a blender in the molding area.
