Member Knights of Columbus Council #3019. Preceded in death by parents, Paul and Josephine Bizal; infant son, Michael Joseph; numerous brothers and sisters. Survived by wife, Julie Ann (Herek) Bizal; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Douglas Dornacker; sons and daughters-in-law: Thomas and Kathleen Bizal, Kevin Bizal, Jeffrey and Jaime Bizal; grandchildren: Joseph, Elizabeth, Anna, Matthew, Alex, Andrew and Benjamin; brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Mary Kay Bizal; sister and brother-in-law, Therese and James Pavlik; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The family will receive friends Sunday, 2pm-5pm with VIGIL SERVICE at 5pm at the West Center Chapel.

Services: Monday, 9:15 am. West Center Chapel to Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church for MASS at 10am.

Memorials are suggested to Ss. Peter and Paul School or Lions Eye Bank.
