Susan was preceded in death by husband, Joseph, and son, Anthony.

She is survived by sons, Mike, Chris and Jeff (Angela); six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Judy; brothers, Terry (Vickie) and Jim (Bonnie); many nieces and nephews.

Visitation: Saturday, October 13th from 5pm to 7pm at the West Center Chapel, with reception to follow.

Services: Graveside services will be, Monday, October 15th at 12noon at Calvary Cemetery.
Interment: Calvary Cemetery

Memorials: Directed by the family.

Susan retired from the works on 31 Jan 2004.
