Gordon, Dorothy J., age 73, of Omaha. Passed away January 12, 2010.
Dee retired from Western Electric & enjoyed square dancing and traveling
with her friend Chuck.
Preceded in death by parents Walter and Mildred Abels; husband Duane;
granddaughter Becky. Survived by longtime companion Charles Smith; daughters
and sons-in-law Sally (Ora Lee III) Rookstool of Omaha, Janet (Robert) Lewis
of Austin, TX, Deborah (Todd) Gulbranson of Brookings, SD; brothers Richard,
Ronald and Charles Abels; 6 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; many other
relatives and friends.
Visitation: Friday after 4 P.M., with family present 6pm-8pm at Braman Mortuary
(Southwest Chapel)
Services: Saturday 11 A.M. at Braman Mortuary (Southwest Chapel).
Memorials: The family request memorials to the American Heart Assoc. or
Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in lieu of flowers.
